Mcdonald's - Louisville

We normally go through the drive thru at this location, but on this particular Saturday afternoon I went in because there was a long line of cars. Holy ****! The employees were yelling at each other, there were fries all over the floor, and there was quite a bit of back and forth about who should be doing what. I realize this probably isn't their dream job, but they should be somewhat cognisant of the customers and their experience. I ordered something they couldn't screw up (drinks) and got out of there as quickly as possible. The B rating they have from the Health Dept must have been a good day. Now I drive on down to the Dutchman’s location, which is usually pretty clean and the employees are nice.

Literally took 7 minutes to receive my drink. No other food was ordered. Crazy!

I called and they said closed but google said 24h open

They don’t start making order until I reached there, order was placed 15 minutes ago, what’s the point of placing order online, if I have to wait for them to make it when I arrived and it was paid order
