Kfc - Louisville

The food was hot and fresh but the service sucked I had to sit in line for 10 minutes and then I had to wait another 15 minutes just to get my food will definitely be going to another KFC next time your place sucks you need to fire and hire new employeesimmediately

Great service friendly and clean. But slower than that check you been waiting on from your new cousin. The prince of Nigeria. Besides that nice environment.

I am dissatisfied with a bad service that they gave me a moment ago I ordered a Kentucky Fried Chicken I ordered the original number six and it turns out that they gave me a late chicken from the day before that they just reheated it and they gave it tome I went to buy a chicken fresh that it is not a day late it was tough and bitter I hope they take action on the matter so thatthey can improve the service and not make another customer sick because of such bad food and provide good service and thechicken is served fresh from the same day elaborated since from the previous day it is bad hard that you cannot bite and bitterconsidered a lack of business principles to do that is deceiving the client

I order from this place and they got my whole order wrong! Then my famous bowl look like it been sitting all day and had some red liquid overflowing it! Then when I try to call all I got was a busy signal! Like they have the phone off the hook!! Therewas supposed to be a 2pc thigh and wing, and a 3pc tender!! I don't know who is allowing these people to run they store but it'sgetting real ridiculous out here for these restaurants. Spent 25 for what a mess or to be sick in the morning not I said thecat!! HORRIBLE!!

The drive thru line was pretty long so I almost didn't stay but my kids insisted. 14 cars in front of me and it only took about 25 minutes until I was pulling out. GREAT SERVICE. The guy at the window was so nice, he even made small talk!!????
