Jersey Mike's Subs - Louisville

I've always gotten great, friendly service here. I'm pretty particular about my sandwiches, and there's never any problem at all getting them just the way I like them. All the ingredients are always fresh (especially the bread), and the meats are piled high just like they should be. Plus the place is always clean and well-maintained, so I have a lot of confidence that the food safety is also on-point. Overall a really nice place. It's the only sub shop I go to after some bad experiences elsewhere. Don't miss it!

Food's good, service is terrible. Have bad experiences all the time and this time they did not process my coupon properly and overcharged me, and proceeded to ignore their phone line all day long, so I couldn't get it resolved. Don't recommend going to this one.

I ordered a Philly Steak which was good. An older lady seemed to be in charge but was extremely rude. Enough so that I won't be back. The place is extremely loud and you have to shout back over a tall glass counter to answer any questions about your order.

Stopped in to grab lunch. The food is always good but there are several rude employees that evidently don't want to work. I said thank you several times. Guy just rolls his eyes and walks off. I don't understand the unwarranted attitudes. I wont be bringing my business back.
