Jack's - Louisville

Attitude is terrible. Management and staff is very rude. Visit often and don’t appreciate the disrespect I get from the workers. I still remain nice even when order is wrong. Yet the attitude never change.

I would have given it a 5 star review but....the lady didn't give me the right change for a $100. I got the food fast but had to wait on a shake. Then I had to wait for a straw. No napkins or ketchup in the bag. I did fail to ask for the ketchup so technically that's my fault for forgetting. I was so focused on keeping the money on camera till she came back and I could point out the error. Even though, I would recommend this Jack's above all the other fast food joints in Louisville. The ladies are very sweet and curtious!Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves the food!! Also loves their shakes!!

I thought jacks would be better than everything in this town. considering its new. but no. when u pull up to the drive thru u can BARELY READ ANYTHING like AT ALL i literally just got new glasses and i thought maybe that was why but no i went and u can't see. too small. like newspaper print. service was surprisingly okay it was the first time anyone has ever wiped up the side of the drink before handing it to you when they fill it up too much and it gets all over the cup. ambiance is okay

Very good chicken strips and mashed potatoes gravy with green beans and good biscuits.

Stopped for a quick dinner, food and service was good. I tried the chicken tenders, the reason for (4 STAR) is, the tenders were a bit small. Everything else was great.
