Homemade Ice Cream And Pie Kitchen

Ice and cakes have and will always be good, but the service has gone down the hill. Not very friendly staff, look very annoying and how they don't want to be there.

I went there with a friend and there was no one at the desk when we got in. At some point, two ladies came from behind who supported my friend and the others came to me. Another person was waiting with us. I asked them if they had a list of their prices because the prices were not listed on board next to the articles. She asked if there was anything above all I asked about, and before I could answer, she went away and bowed to the lady behind me. So I decided not to do business with this facility and went. I felt it was extremely rude that she was running in the middle. My friend and I left and went down the street to another ice shop and was greeted as soon as we ordered pure and without problems. The employee was also patient with us while we decided what we wanted to order. Your board was also well informed with prices.

Normally I really enjoy Homemade Ice Cream and Pie Kitchen. They were out of several different pies, which I understand happens sometimes but it really felt like it was several more than usual. They were also out of several ice cream flavors, and the one I settled on was freezer burnt or tasted old. The workers were also not really too happy to see anyone and were more concerned with going in the back room and eating their own ice cream. Just a disappointing experience and waste of $12.Edit: I’ve reached out as requested via the business complaint form on the main page. So we’ll see how that goes.Edit #2: the owner of the business replied to my email and has been in contact with the store, saying they are working to rectify the quality issues at the store. They’ve asked that I visit again in a few weeks (with in store credit )and offer them any additional feedback, I’ll be happy to do that. I didn’t anticipate a reply, and upgraded my rating a star based on the customer service from the owners.

I don't mind paying for a pie. However, it was absolutely terrible. The coconut filling was not edible. it is a shame that no person reached out to me after contacting them. If you want to be certain what you buy is tasty, don't go here. It is hit or miss.

Awful. 3rd time now ordering slices if pie for it to show up with the wrong pie. They just send whatever they have if they dont have the pie you ordered. Coconut cream is pretty common? Apparently not. Not only do they always screw up your order, they never have anything fresh and they are always out of common pies. Im officially done with this place
