Chili's Grill - Louisville

I wish I remember the names of our server. she was so nice and helpful with our first meal here. we came from the state and wanted a new experience. eating was amazing!

Updated from years ago- wowed by recent trip. Busy and still managed to handle my family and their special requests (sauce on the side, no cheese, etc., with a smile on their face. Obviously new management has taken over from the last time we came here. All of our food was hot and delicious, service was really good and it was a great quick dinner. Chicken crispers were really good and so was my margarita. So glad this place is back in the running for our money and well deserved.

This place confused her order every time. it's sad. then they care about a few pieces of speck on a burger. to order to go. the half there, the manager has nothing to do with it. they don't care. but when it comes to the drink money. they care about it. tipps are earned with GOOD service.

Great lunch that we shared with each other.Drinks and servers were cool.Prices are reasonable and atmosphere very comfortable made our experience awesome.Look forward to our next visit.

It has been a long time since my last visit to Chili 's and I was surprised at the customer service. When I parked and opened my car door I was greeted by a Chili 's employee who had my order. I told her that it must be a mistake and I didn 't call to say that I had arrived. To my surprise, she gave me my name, order information, description of my car and said that they were waiting for me to arrive. This is the first time that has ever happened to me. Keep up the great customer service ??Also the new Big Mouth Crispy Chicken Sandwich is huge! It taste ? great another surprise ? juicy, crunchy and a flavorful sauce.
