Bourbon Raw - Louisville

Great atmosphere. Food tasted very good. However, the portion size is very small on the Shrimp Grits. For the price of the plate it should have been more grits/ sauce. It was hardly a lunch, and it was dinner we ordered at 7:30. I was still hungry after dinner. When we mentioned it to the waiter, he offered a free dessert, but I wanted to feel satisfied by eating my main course, not by eating a dessert. I felt demolished because for a $27 dish they really jumped to the portion size.

I only give Bourbon Raw a star because I can't give him any negative stars! If you want your food on you or your order completely disregarded and or forgotten, with terrible service, this is definitely where you should go! We went in with a group of 7 and from the beginning we were treated as if we disturbed the employees playing time. Our waitress was rude from the beginning and acted as if our order was only a big problem. I ordered an appetizer that was never delivered even after all the others were served in my party. When she was alerted to her, she actually cried about the room and wanted to know what was missing. After all, she offered to bring it to me, very disrespectful. I fell politely at the time because her attitude was terrible. A gentleman at our party ordered the dry ribs and they were terrible. The ribs were very dry, actually boiled with some dry seasonings dumped above. For the cost of food, you would think that it would make it at least pale and at least bring your order. Then to supplement insult, do they automatically add 20% satisfaction, so the waitress? received a tip to be rude, obnoxious and wasted our evening when we had gone somewhere, which would have appreciated our patronage and helped us a pleasant evening. If you want good food and a pleasant atmosphere, I suggest you steer clearly from Bourbon Raw. RUN won't leave here!

Fantastic dinner. Would go back in the area. The food was really boiled with great taste.

I visited Saturday at 3:00. There wasn't much waiting time, which was nice. The attitude was nice. I had a hot brown sandwich that was decent. I wouldn't say amazing, but it was worth the price.

Great experience at Bourbon Raw. Dinner was amazing and perfect place for large groups. What was supposed to be a date night became a group dinner and they were able to accommodate gracefully. Our entire table of 8 had different meals and everyone was pleased : Look forward to visiting again
