Our experience at iglouisville was amazing. the service was great and the food and prices were excellent. only a great place. highly recommended!

Love the igloo experience! I've done this several times, but I'll say it needs some outdoor music!

Reserved an igloo on a Saturday night in February. The lights and atmosphere are fun, but it was quite chilly even in coats that evening. The drinks were great, our server was great, but the food was sub-par and very expensive. This would probably be a hit if you were buying your own drinks and not spending for a meal for two. Our group ranged in age from We may just be aging out of “experience dining,” lol! I have eaten at once before, pre-COVID, and it was much better in terms of food and value. However, we dined inside and I believe the menu was more expansive and not so high.

While the igloo was a neat idea, the service was really poor. Our drinks came with sticky fingerprints around the rim of the glasses, our server treated us like an inconvenience and came by every minutes or so to drop off drinks/food, then tried to rush us out minutes before our time slot was up. Not a great value, and could have gotten better food, drinks and service just about anywhere else. Would not recommend- such a disappointing way to spend with our friends.
