If you ask for an orange juice with no ice, this is what you get. Of course this is a first for me, in over half a century in this planet. To justify, when questioned, the employee said, “that's how we do it to compensate for the ice”. She was also answering phone call on her headset “or maybe the drive thru?” while taking my order. The blt I ordered was cold, yes even the toasted bread was cold. One and done. Way to make a first impression.

I love the granita, it’s amazing but the service has really went down. Jerry must have changed locations or something because I haven’t seen him in a long time! He was my favorite barista because he always remembered my name and was so friendly. If you’re going here, maybe try a different location? The granita is a must have!

Frequently visit in on the way home from work and service has always been great. Tonight was a little later, website says they close at 9:00. It was about 8:50 and there were customers inside but would not answer drive thru. Very disappointed.

The customer service was good. QUICK AND DELICIOUS!!! 8$ for this large carmel frappe
