Mooyah Burgers, Fries Shakes

Our server was most attentive. we are both somewhat handicapped. out server's name was Zamir. He is the kind of employee that makes us want to return to M0OYAH!

Fries were okay. Burger wasn't. The buns were soggy mess, and the insides were black. The beef was cooked to death. Dry crispy and black. It was like crumbly styrofoam, And it was small and very thin. The bacon was also cooked too long, though it was still edible. I'll give it two stars because the person in our order that got something besides a burger enjoyed what she got, but we will not be back. Possibly the worst $50 I ever spent.

The last two times i've ordered, they have deprioritized my mobile order and it hasn't been ready, or even started in the last case, until i arrive. I waited over 30 MINUTES!!! to tell them I was picking up and then just sitting amd waiting, despite the app saying my order would be ready when I showed up. They would not remind my Money and kept insisting they were “making it right now.” Its a decent, cheaper knock off of Five Guys, but they need to get their act together for mobile orders. E … – show

On this day (Saturday just before Christmas), the team who worked the lunch shift was overwhelmed and understaffed. Facing an overflow of customers with standing room only in their dining area, as well as rude customers with no patience and over exaggerated complaints. But during all of this, the staff smiled, was helpful to the best of their ability, and desperately tried to make sure every customer was satisfied. Food is all from fresh, you can watch them prepare food. Staff brings order to the tables. Always polite.
