Chicken Salad Chick - Louisiana

Amazing customer service! I was on the way to the airport and the store was not open yet but they still fulfilled my order. First time I’ve had their chicken salad and it was amazing. The girls went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.

I really enjoy the food here. The sandwiches are really good. The cashiers are always helpful and pleasant. The food tastes fresh. I would definitely recommend.

My first time here. Had a good time. Food was really good. The employees were friendly, nice, and engaging. I will return again. They have so much I want to try.

Ordered a “chick plate” i.e., 1 scoop of “Lauryn's” lemon basil, pecan salad, cup of potato soup, no drink $9.34 tax… Ouch. Small scoop of chick salad with NOT a hint of lemon, 1 miniscule piece of pecan tiny but detectable basil. It WAS all shredded chicken, no fillers. Soup was watered-down but nicely garnished with bacon cheese; pretty good. You get a pickle and cute little cookie to round out the meal. So, it's ok, just ok.

Order was incorrect. Worker yelled out to me from behind the counter as I sat at my seat, “What did you have?”, and still got it wrong. I have been to other locations and none were like this one.
