Long live the labor shortage! Five people behind the counter at a Tim Hortons, and only one person knows how to make a cappuccino. The cashier made a mistake on all the orders. There were only four people in front of us, and it took almost 20 minutes to order and receive our order.

I had a beautiful bacon sandwich at Tim Horton's this morning, but unfortunately I was charged twice for it. Despite providing proof from my bank, they still did not reimburse me. After finally receiving an email from Tim Horton, they asked for the invoice number and order number. This incident occurred on December 27th and my bank informed me on the 30th. It's frustrating that they are now not responding to my inquiries.
One of the worst restaurants in Quebec. The service was painfully slow, with one employee barely making an effort to serve while three others were busy chatting and laughing nearby.
