Water Grill - Los Angeles

Was not open and the staff has no idea that a reservation was made. Remove PLEASE from the Open Table System for reservations. That was very confusing and I had to make another reservation on a Saturday night.

Restaurant was CLOSED. Hotel staff was unfazed and indifferent. The girl at the reception did not even offer restaurants.

Probably the nicest people who served me and Valentine's Day. the food was too good to be true! Everything was simply amazing and definitely worth thanking you all so much! And the view was perfect! The staff was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed! unlimited champagne was great! I'll never forget this night again.

We reserved outdoor seating. When we arrived, we were told that the outdoor terrace was closed for two months. No one in the restaurant had a hint that we had a reservation and the menu is just bar food. We went somewhere else.

Opentable confirmed my reservations three times, and when we arrived for our reservation, the restaurant was closed. Checkers blamed it all on Opentable. Who ever was at fault it was an awful experience to arrive and find out it was closed.
