Bidrage med feedbackMexican food stand that serves quick meals for very reasonable prices. Came here since Anthony Bourdain had eaten here, and we were on the way up to Six Flags and needed something filling before going to the park. The line was a bit disorganized but essentially you order at one side, and they’ll call your name at the other window when your order is ready. Credit cards are accepted but cash is easiest. Street parking. No seating or public restrooms available. We got the chorizo and potato breakfast burrito, a chicken taco, and asada nachos. They gave us red salsas which had a good smokiness. The breakfast burrito was especially filling and they put a generous amount of cheese on all three items.
My partner and I love their papas, bacon with cheese and chicken burrito. Their salsa is supper spicy and good, but it can be a hit or miss sometimes!Food: 5/5
I love this place. I went there yesterday, for the first time in 15yrs. I used to go every morning after a workout. I am glad to see that they have expanded and doing well. The food has changed a bit.Food: 3/5
Yes, the burritos are cheap, but they 're also bad. I gave this place two tries before deciding that unfortunately, it 's a quality issue. The eggs are pre-cooked and overdone so they 're very dry, almost like the inside of a hard boiled egg. The chilaquiles are just dry tortilla chips with no sauce. I really wanted to love this place as I 'm a local but I also wish I had read an honest review before coming here.
Spinach, papas, bean and cheese burrito is my solid go-to item. TVC’s red salsa (included on the side) is a critical component so make sure you don’t skip this in your meal.
