Love the tacos tacocat bwd /fwd and burrito supreme taste good with scoop of fritoes

I am a frequent customer at Taco Bell but had the worst experience in my life at their facility located 2800 Crenshaw Blvd in LA at exactly 1:15 PM on Sunday June 26th. As my wife and I aproached the drive thru we asked the person responding did they still offer the mexican pizzas, Her response was can 't you read . When I approached the window to informed her that her response was very rude, she slammed the window shut. My wife and I parked and went inside and asked for the manager and was told she was the manager. I informed her that I was going to call corporate and she said do what ever you want to do and walked off. At the same time a blind man entered the store to place an order and was literally pushed away from the counter because he did not see the little gate. If this lady is not counseled and trained properly I will contact social media outlets, yelp and any other source to let the public know of my experiences. I have call their coporate offices 6 times since this incident. Each time being told I would recieve a call back. To this day, no one has responded. This facility has a 1.5 star rating out of 5. There is an old saying that a fish rots from the head.

The tacos are good and fresh. The service is fast, it's just that the restaurant is located right by an alley and there is homeless people all over the place. With tacos, you have to eat them right away. You can't sit in that parking lot and eat. I just didn't feel safe.

April 23rd Saturday night 8:30 .I oder #4 Crunchwrap Combo. It's was not good. The taco wasn't filled right and it was coldThe CrunchwrapWrap was cold and thrown together. It was sealed properly.It fell apart.. I had it before and it made right... I was in drive thru... I won't be back.. The soda was flat.

I don 't recommend this place ! They stop selling breakfast BEFORE 11am ! I came twice already at 10:30/10:40ish both times we don 't have breakfast to serve !! I 'm so confused why have false information and not service until 11AM !!! And THE GIRL MANAGER Beatriz is rude afffff she isn 't professional at all !! If you hate your job then quite mama!!
