Taco Bell - Los Angeles

Bad customer service. After I asked the person that charged me for my food, i asked if everything was in the bag. Trusted her and I was missing a burrito and the cinnamon twists things. Not a big deal but very disappointed to get home and find your order not complete.

The food sucked it was like I got food that had been sitting there all day I was so disappointed! The Crunchwrap wasn't even crunchy it was soggy and it was a cold mess. I will never go there again.

The food is great as always, however two stars for the customer service. None of the workers have a name tag, however the cashier that helped us had a bad attitude, no welcoming. The receipt demonstrates a complete different name and once she finished with our order she went to the kitchen to gossip with the cooks leaving other customers to wait.

There are 2 gems at Taco Bell. The cheesy gordita crunch and the chalupa preferably the beef chalupa with sour cream of course. Every taco is consistent in that no other taco bell stands out or goes above and beyond. We go to the drive thru anyway right?
