Shojin Dtla - Los Angeles

I have been dined several times in shojin and I have always been received with the quality of the service and eating away. my visit last week wasn't taking. as someone who loves typical sushi with fish, I have always blown away from the rolls. I am a big fan of crispy tiger role and her dynamite sauce lives up to name in my eyes. as someone who is gluten-free for medical reasons, it is a place where I feel totally comfortable. it is super refreshing to go out somewhere and know that everything is gluten-free and I do not have to suffer with the following gluten contamination. do not let us leave the fact that I have a complete menu that I can eat from. have I mentioned the service? it is incredible from start to end. they even took a picture on and printed that was placed in a beautiful sleeve, from our table since we celebrated a birthday. concerning COVID times, so I was hesitant to eat in an indoor restaurant, but with the temperature controls and the requirement that every person used handsanitary before he even went on, there was a piece to me.

We made the tasting menu and it was divine. I don't really think I'm a foodie or something, but that was a definitiw next-level thing. not exactly cheap, but super high quality and a really nice experience all around. I hope to go back sometime.

This was a fantastic meal from beginning to end. had the tasting menu as much as possible to try and it was not disappointed. great.

Amazing service for food! they explained every dish and answered all our asking about what was every substitute (if it wasn't listed in the menu). will be back!

It is my first time trying Japanese vegan food and this is a super interesting experience. The “tonkatsu” ramen really tastes like tonkatsu. The manager is very friendly and offered impeccable service.
