Pizza Hut - Los Angeles

Great. this pizza hut is great. they have so kind people. I enjoy the order of them. brntewein from the numerous times they have brought me pizza only if they have failed in my order. that's okay, but they have to understand that in not the only one who orders from there, we humanize and we make mistakes. that's a great pizza hut and I'll order from them.

I really wanted to leave more but this store consistently brings my orders 20+ mins late. And every time I call they say there's only one driver or there's a party ahead of me with 30 pizzas. I know they're underpaid and overworked but there's gotta be better systems in place, it shouldn't be on the workers, it's on the company to hire more people or give customers discounts or improve the tracker when their orders of one single pizza, one mile from the store, somehow takes 3 hours. The quality is like, 50/50. Sometimes it's **** and I think the other times I'm just so dang hungry I'm happy for whatever

Here from the city phoenix to be exact pizza was hot and tasty called in and around the penetration and asked about the deals woman was so rude and told me to see online instead of being helpful I will never visit again.

Worse customer service. my pizza ordered. it came from hand tormented. Nobody asked me what I wanted. the manager said they did it and nothing they could do. I called a lousy and the phone hanged on my face after I said that I wanted her to do better next time, didn't want any more pizza. I have ordered many paintings from this place and being treated with respect is exaggerated! I'm sorry that the employees have this kind of manager over them.

I ordered the marinara pasta in family size online. after my order, I was told that they no longer offer the pasta. very disappointed that they decided to cancel the pasta service; but they must take it from the menu online. I was wasted time and gas to get the pasta, I will not go to pizza hat more, the only item I ordered there regularly is marinara pasta. I can get better pizza somewhere.
