Mixology101 - Los Angeles

Eating was amazing, but the gastfreundschaft was mere minimum. we sat 20 minutes after our reservation, it was very frustrating constantly asking our server to bring out something he had forgotten. it was a very cold night and we kindly asked if the heating could be switched on, we asked about 3 employees the same question and we were simply ignored in the opposite direction.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this restaurant. Despite booking two weeks in advance, we were made to wait 15 minutes past our reservation time. The seating we were eventually given was not even a table, but a bar stool against a wall. Unfortunately, our spot did not have any heating unlike the rest of the restaurant. When I asked the waiter if we could move closer to a heater, my request was ignored. The food we received was served cold, and our water glasses remained empty throughout our meal. Despite asking for the check, we waited an additional 30 minutes before it arrived. Overall, the service, comfort, and food quality were all lacking during our visit.

Great place for the whole family, great value and eating is delicious

Great service, great food. we had a party of 5. We ordered a salad, a pizza, and an entree, all in large sizes. Everything was delicious.

I brought my wife to this restaurant for Valentine's Day. They said they were busy and running late, so we would be seated about 10 minutes after our reservation. When they called our names, they tried to seat us at Mixology, a bar across from the restaurant. They put us at a high table that could only fit two drinks, not a meal from a restaurant. After asking if we could sit elsewhere, they finally seated us in the restaurant, which was nearly empty. I was confused as to why they tried to seat us and other reserved couples at the bar when there was plenty of room inside the restaurant. I was disappointed to learn they were out of chicken Parmesan, which was the reason we chose this place. Our original server was great, but he introduced us to another server who rarely checked on us. Between the attempted seating in another establishment, running out of chicken, and slow service, we will not be coming back.
