Mcdonald's - Los Angeles

This place suck great time lacking in people do not want to work at all! at some point they only have two people working lack of communication drive thru slow they can easily wait for 26 minutes bad setting for the employees please rise this mac donald’s is the fullest I do not know losing customers

One of the worse McDonald's ever been in. Dirty, ask for my food was missing like half my order. Service was rude.The person taking the orders had no clue of what she was doing.Skip this place and find another option if you are in the area.

Horrible experience. Waited in the drive thru for 1 hour. No exaggeration. To get a cup of coffee. Never had this happen before. And then they overcharged me for the coffee by 80cents because they didn't have the exact change when they should have given it to me for free with an apology.Very poorly managed operation with workers who are barley just going through the motions.

Consistently and without fail the worst McDonald’s in Santa Monica. Extremely long wait times in the drive thru and inaccurate orders are just the beginning. I most recently sat in the drive thru lane at the speaker for 5 minutes waiting for my order to be taken without any response. I left very dissatisfied after never getting an answer. This was at 8pm on a Thursday.

Although it took long to get my pick up, this store would not be running it weren't for the lady up front today. She was working hard!
