Magee's Donuts - Los Angeles

NEVER GO!!! I went there because a friend had helpful and friendly service. When I went by myself, the person at the counter was rude. In the middle of helping me, he stopped and helped someone else. So I stopped my order and then told me not to come back. HOW F'ING RUDE. I can see why their business looks deserted. So I went to another shop where I received friendly and efficient service.

Love Magee’s Donuts! My favorite is the cinnamon twist (pictured along the very bottom of the box). Kind staff and lots of great options. Always taste fresh and often give an extra donut at no charge.

The crazy thing is, the donuts and croissants are made fresh because I see the man making them in the shop the night prior. But the problem is, I’ve also seen rodents. Live one’s and from Pest control. Not only that, I bought a burrito and only wanted sausage and cheese. Whoever made it added hash brown potatoes, which they DO NOT make fresh and taste like they’ve been there for days. I ended up being sick for 3 days. And lastly, the workers are nice when you spend money but have nasty attitudes any other time.So with those 3 strikes, I will get my donuts elsewhere and will not be returning.*They need to wash the windows as well

I got a breakfast burrito, coffee a donut under ten bucks. Burrito is top notch. I'm always greeted by whomever is behind the counter.

BEST PLACE EVER!!!!! Love the energy there, everyone is so nice. Sometimes they forget some things in your order, but will gladly refund you on your next order if you put a note. I especially love this woman named Jennifer, she is the nicest person I know and is simply a bundle of joy. When I woke up at 5 in the morning, I was already really tired obviously. But when I went into the shop, I was greeted with the most friendliest hello ever from Jennifer! She brightened my day and I instantly felt like I was energized from her vibe. She is truly the star of the shop in my opinion. Sometimes she evens add extra stuff on my sandwich and makes it taste just so much more better. Her jokes she throws at me sometimes are the highlight of my day along with the atmosphere of the whole shop in general. I hope whenever i'm on break I'll visit every chance I get, Sundays too
