A Chicken Tender was not boiled and they forgot my cookies.

I love KFC, but the customer service here is very moderate.

I'm allergic to certain sauces. I just didn't ask for a sauce on my order and they put it on it anyway. I could only eat the French fries, but not the other two chickens. What a waste. I shouldn't eat this food anyway. I'm sorry who this business belongs to. This is not a good way to lose from the revenues lost by the restaurants during the pandemic.

That is the worst kentucky fried chicken ever! dirty and disgusting. poor service and none of the specials they advertise on TV. this place should be closed.

1 star is being generous. Incapable of taking orders properly. Their supervisor lacks customer service. Instead of handling the situation with grace she raised her voice gave me attitude. Drinks are flat, failed to even provide a receipt. How this location is still open is beyond me. Don 't waste your time or money here.
