Jersey Mike's Subs - Los Angeles

The employees at this restaurant all seem to be in a bad mood, the unclear pricing made us feel disrespected, but at least it was an interesting experience.

I came here to order a 6-inch sub, but they refused to serve me until 11am because of a catering order, even though their doors were open for business. This was very poor customer service.

My favorite Jersey Mikes. It?s very nice and clean inside. The staff are friendly and make great sandwiches. There?s also a few tables outside.

Worst experience ordered online ASAP 25min wait be done at 12pm. Went in 12:03 still haven't started and 4 sandwiches ahead. I asked for a refund and want everyone to know. There was another guy next to me and his order was done at 11:44am and his wasn'tstarted. Big joke for ordering ahead of time. Go in wait in line for 30min!

The staff at this restaurant is fast and welcoming. A cashier kindly offered to clean the outdoor table for me, and quickly did so before bringing out my sandwich. I really enjoyed the sub too. I will definitely be returning here soon! 10 out of 10 stars!
