Jack In The Box - Los Angeles

This place sucks like I can't even get a refill? what a **** is that doesn't come here unless you want to be demolished

To be honest avoid this location if possible. The actual service and workers are Great and provide you with quality jack in the box food quickly. But the whole area is surrounded by homelessness unfortunately (a woman was bathing herself right next to the menu while I ordered). Also the outside of the store has rats and obvious drug usage around vicinity. Typical LA regardless. Even If you're in a pinch just go to another location as you do not want to get out of your car near this location if you can help it.

They have a really bad attitude especially the managers talk very disrespectful to customers.. order 1 plain chicken sandwich they charged 3 when I told them the problem got angry and even. Said what do you want with an attitude.. and the place is really dirty

Last night I went to the Jack In The Box #376) in Belmont Shores, Ca at 3980 E Ocean Blvd and had the worst experience ever. My spouse and I went through the drive through which was very slow. We finally got to order and were greeted by IRMA. I asked for someone with some experience when she did not understand my order and was told there was no manager or anyone there with any experience! Really? No one? She finally took my order. When we paid, she gave me my partial order and slammed the window shut. At that time, the overstuffed bag she gave me ripped open. I waited a while so I could get another bag and of course, she was nowhere to be seen. We drove off only to find we had not even received our complete order. I usually like Jack In The Box, but thanks to my experience with IRMA, I will never go to this one again. At best, IRMA needs to be trained and until then she should not be doing any customer-facing jobs. With her representing Jack In The Box, your customer base is sure to fall short of your goals.
