Dune - Los Angeles

I had so much falafel I am a knower, this falafel is delicious! Amazing crispy outer (fried) soft interieur with many green crumbles! hummus is also amazing!

I love the falafel pita sandwich with dune. the freshly baked pita on its own is excellent. all ingredients are fresh and well seasoned. another great option is the hummus falafel plate. the hummus is creamy and tasty and the falafels are crispy and not too dry. I recommend to them to check whether they are in the city, and if not it is definitely worth a trip. updated by previous review on 2021-06-09

I devoured the hummus plate with falafel so quickly that I only managed to snap a picture of their baklava! You must try it out, it's absolutely amazing!

I give this restaurant 3.5 stars. I am usually not a fan of beets, but I was pleasantly surprised by the sandwich I had here. It was refreshing and didn't have the strong earthy taste that beets can often have. The sandwich was delightful and fresh. However, I would recommend skipping the additional pickled mango sauce as it was overpowering and clashed with the other pickle flavors in the sandwich. Without the sauce, the sandwich was much better. The main disappointment was the fries. They were soft, limp, and unevenly seasoned with salt. It seemed like they had been sitting around for a while before being served. Despite this, the main dishes were fresh and meticulously made. My advice would be to skip the fries and stick to the main dishes.
