Bidrage med feedbackIt 's unbelievable that in the span of 48 hours I had the same issue with two different rude ass people. It is not the customers job to tell you how to do your job. I come in I order I scan my app I pay that 's the beginning and end of what is my responsibility is it YOUR JOB to fill in the gaps. How hard is it to ring up some burritos and chips and cheese and send people on their way? The little girl with all the necklaces and the tall kid with all the hair in front of his face have no idea how to do something as basic as cashiering. The tall dude said actually said to me ...it 's because you didn 't tell me first. I 'm supposed to TELL YOU how to do your job? That 's how you were trained to talk to customers; blame them for your incompetence? The little girl literally went back-and-forth and back-and-forth and back-and-forth with me when she could 've just easily solved the problem and kept things moving along. But instead she would rather stand there make other ppl wait and tell me there 's nothing she can do it 's the computer... None of that has anything to do with me. And in the end she did exactly what she should 've done from the very beginning which is what I wanted, gave me my free queso. She actually wanted to throw away the burrito that was already made and remake a new burrito without queso instead of just taking the queso off the transaction when she could clearly see and verify that I had a free item coupon in my app. If you can 't even properly ring me up why would I want your bad energy to make my food? That goes in my body; pass. If the free item wasn 't valid it wouldn 't be in the app. She actually had the nerve to sarcastically say you 're welcome to me as I was leaving as if she did me some sort of favor. I 've been eating at chipotle and using the app long enough to know how it works. The only person at this location that has any semblance of manners, customer service skills or friendliness is the black guy with the feather tattooed on his arm. It 's no wonder when I came to check out this location on Yelp that they only have two stars, this is the worst location by far. This is definitely a location problem and not a chipotle problem everybody in there needs to be retrained demoted or fired so they can go do something that doesn 't require such strenuous thought energy like telling people their total and having them swipe a card.
I'm not here to get some guac and chips. small parking space. this chipotle is quite similar to all others. Maybe a little bit smaller. near is whole foods on the road.
Worst Chipotle you will ever encounter. Have consistently received the wrong order when placing an order through the app. Small portions. Rude workers. Cold food.
To get nothing worse than him and to realize that something lacks from her order that she obviously asked or paid for
This store consistently screws up my orders. I typically purchase two burritos and every time, one of the two entrees is missing meat or only includes about a tablespoon of meat. I've started just ordering Veggie burritos because the skimping was so frequent. Today I ordered a Veggie burrito with beans, rice, guacamole, salsa, cheese, and sour cream. What I got was a bean and rice burrito with salsa and a TON of romaine lettuce. I'd be fine with the added romaine if 80% wasn't lettuce stems, but that's never the case at this location. Order accuracy is nonexistent here. $20 for two worthless burritos EVERY TIME. I've learned my lesson and am not returning.
