Chipotle Mexican Grill - Los Angeles

I ordered online and ended up waiting for a while in the store because my food wasn?t on the shelf. Finally I asked about my order and it was being held in the kitchen. No one let me know and there was no indication on the shelves. I get home and open my food and this is what it looks like. The guac isn?t even guac it?s just avocado ? There?s no onions, tomatoes, cilantro or seasoning in it. The rice is just white rice with no cilantro or anything. This is the second time I?ve had a bad experience there and I?ve only been there twice. This is definitely the worst chipotle I?ve ever been to.

We are tourist and don't know how to order, so i asked the waiter to make the same as he made for the customer in front of me. No you have to choose was the answer on a agressif way. After my Friend helped me with choose je completely ignor me and made the menu by trowing the food in the bowl. After i talk to nu friend and family, about this and want to leave, hé get angry and throw the bowl away and say i could not handle this, and walked away. We went out without eating. This guy is not on the right Place! my first bad experience on my holliday trip in usa.

At least for normal ordering at the restaurant, it seems like everything is pretty much fine. The portions are basically the same compared to other locations in the US, and the place is generally clean. However, it did look like some of the staff there were low on energy, so to say. I also didn't order any hot sauce and the chicken had some on it.

I love chipotle but this is hands down the worst location I have ever been to. Double chicken portion is an actual joke and always overcooked. Would not recommend at all

Chipotle 's not only a wonderful place to get a bite to eat. It 's also the UCLA student staple food! Although many have tried of Chipotle ?, Chipotle on Brockton can be enjoyed by best young ladies and young men looking to get a bite and check out the local UCLA meat market !
