Chipotle Mexican Grill - Los Angeles

If you can avoid this chipotle, do. It?s the worst chipotle in Los Angeles. The employees are unhelpful and lazy. 4/5 times if I come in within the last two hours of opening hours they are out of most of their ingredients. They sometimes just close down the store altogether only accepting online orders but lock the doors to keep people away.

If I could give it a zero I would. Literally always missing at least 3 key ingredients you?d actually get. I can?t express enough how much I dislike this chipotle.

Went to this location for the first time tonight and I wasn?t impressed. Chips were stale, queso still tastes like canned nacho cheese sauce, burrito bowl serving was smaller than what I?m used to, guacamole had so many chunks of unripe avocado, and the carnitas barbacoa were cold and bland. The service was good and fast though! Bummer all around, especially since I live right around the corner.

After eating at multiple Chipotle's across California, Texas and New York, I found the taste here to be horrible. Chicken bowl had too much salt in the meat which was also burnt black at multiple sides. Tofu bowl was pretty much tasteless. Didn't feel like something that would be served at Chipotle. Restaurant and the restroom (code locked) were extremely clean. Staff was friendly. Wouldn't return back to this location again.

Manager here is so sweet and didn?t kick us out when only one of our friends ordered food. No complaints!
