Bianconi - Los Angeles

The noise level at the restaurant was incredibly loud, making it difficult to have a conversation. Our waitress was friendly and did her best to accommodate us. However, it took an hour for our food to arrive and when it did, my wife's order was incorrect. We had to wait an additional ten minutes for the mistake to be rectified. This type of establishment is unlikely to retain customers in the long run. I prefer places with less hype that offer better food and service.

Excellent food and service. We were a party with 6 ordered 13 different dishes and were thrilled by everything.

Great food, but the service could have been better. They did not sit until 45 minutes after our reservation because they were simply too busy!. They told us that we would get complementary drinks rounds, but they would still have accused us. She had to remember taking it off. Our waiter was fine. Nice atmosphere and great food.

I really wanted to love Bianconi because the decor and atmosphere are top-notch. However, the whole experience was extremely overpriced. It's a shame, as it seemed to have a lot of potential based on appearances. In LA, there are so many cool dining options and incredible food experiences. Unfortunately, Bianconi fell very short. I don't think this restaurant will last long.
