Bidrage med feedbackThis is my favorite place in Koreatown because their tteokbokki is amazing! I also really enjoy their soup, especially the fishcake soup. However, I find the prices to be a bit high in my opinion.
I have visited Toe Bang several times over the past five years, and my most recent visit has me thinking that the quality of the food has decreased. I ordered a bottle of soju along with chicken gizzard and spicy rice cake. The chicken gizzard dish was lacking in chicken gizzard and was overly oily. The spicy rice cake was decent, but not worth the price. My Korean friends who joined me felt the same way.
I went to this restaurant for a year-end gathering with my coworkers. The food was average, but the drinks were good with a variety of hard liquor shots and bottles. However, the place was too loud for my liking. The employees were very friendly and provided good service.
We got there at 4 and were told they probably wouldn't be ready until 4:30. I did t mind because it let me get a boba and explore. Food was good. I went for the chicken tenders and they weren't on the menu. The popcorn chicken was really good, as were the chicken and pork belly skewers. It is cooked fresh but not super fast. The server was nice but not very attentive since only 3 tables were occupied, and I had to push the bell every time I needed something. Maybe that's just how this place is. The atmosphere was lacking due to the vulgar loud music that was playing. I don't need to hear about pu$$y or hear the N-word while I'm eating. I couldn't hold much conversation because my friend and I couldn't hear each other over the music without almost yelling.
I want to meet somewhere in k town. at the beginning: Ambience-Fast but vibey. great to catch a game as they have several tvs, and.
