Great Harvest Bread Co. - Lorton

I went in today and the ladies were very passionate about the goods. I went in and was immediately greeted with wonderful South hospitality. The ladies asked me what I wanted, and I just said a sandwich and coffee. I completely left them to give me what they had taken for themselves and I would not have asked for a better meal. The bacon egg and cheese sandwich was on the spot! The bread was nutty and complicated everything else. The garlic spread was a nice touch to taste. The coffee was a beautiful Louisiana blend that had the perfect balance and was a great start to my day. The conversations that took place here felt like a small city coffee. All those who arrived during my 30-minute stay were treated as the star of the moment. Everyone who came in and ours had a grin from ear to ear. You cannot ask for a better customer service. It was a pleasure to eat there today and you certainly won my loyalty. We'll be for breakfast on weekends.

10/10. great service I love their coffee. I had the tuna melt a few weeks ago loved it so decided to come to breakfast so delicious. good prices also have outside seats and inside.

I love Great Harvest in general, but this location is particularly warm and welcoming. In addition to the breads, scones etc. you expect, there is a complete menu with latte, salads and sandwiches, the rivals of any other café! It has cozy seating inside and outside (one of the reasons why I'm going out of my way, despite living closer to the Burke site), but really it's the staff that makes the place. Anyone who has ever helped us is friendly, but the owner I think is a very nice woman who is there every time I go is special. Today, a friend and I tried to eat at noon while our hands were full of 2 babies and 2 toddlers, and the owner took the time to cut my daughter cinnamon roll for her in first quarters, and then, when she saw me fighting to cut it, a hand with the side of my fork, while my baby, actually sat down with her to let her bite. That's what keeps me coming back.

This place was awesome! If you ever in Lorton Va. You need to visit this place. We just got off the Amtrak auto train and was looking for a quick breafast, saw this place and we were not disappointed. People were friendly and food was great. We had the chocolate chip pumpkin muffin and Turkey bacon cheese panini YUM!
