Bidrage med feedbackLocation The monastery town Lorsch is worth a trip. Attractions include the Lorsch monastery, the herbal garden, the tobacco barn, the museum, the Pfingstrosengarten, the fire museum and finally Lauresham – Carolingian history of time to touch. Our tour through Lorsch made hungry. Unfortunately, almost all restaurants are closed on Mondays. Close to the monastery hall, however, we took a look through the window pane of a pizzeria. From the outside, it looked very small, but it was open. We tried because we still had a bigger route to the camper's caravan outside. Ambiente Already when we entered, we were surprised that another room existed with an edging counter. The drinks come out of the bottle. The tables were colorfully diceed and closely intertwined. They were covered with washable tablecloths, decorated with heart patterns or large points. The red wooden chairs were not too comfortable, so the place on a corner bench was very desirable. The walls were decorated with everything that can be attached with a nail e.g. a large tree image, a mirror, small pictures etc. Either you like it or you look over it. Service A young service worker took care of the drinks and another male food. Without many words – almost shy – our wishes were accepted. Food The menu is clear, but there was no need to offer a pizzeria. Pizzen, pasta, fish, carvings and salad. To 80% pizzen went over the counter – also to take away. We chose the pizza Zingara with peperoni sausage, paprika, mushrooms and olives (10,00€ and the pizza Occhio di Bue with spinach and egg (9,50€). With lush coating and thin crispy dough, they knew tastefully to inspire. You tasted every single ingredient. Peperoni sausage on pizza Zingara is very picant and if this was not enough, on each table there was still salt, pepper and tabasco available for after seasoning. We were able to choose a digestive drink for the successful conclusion. Conclusion A solid thing, no nobelitan but pizzen crispy and tasty. Happy again
Simple local with pub-ambient, in summer outside but more spectacular views of the world heritage. friendly service, very good pizzas, good beer and good house wine, very cheap prices.
Very friendly service and delicious pizza, (Salat for me less.Guter red wine for food.The view of the carolinic gate in summer with customer friendly hospitality unbeatable;
Again and again fine food and drinks at a very fair price. only recommended :
You sit outside in the immediate vicinity of the monastery and are served very friendly.The food is very good through the bank, the salad is prepared with fresh ingredients and the price-performance ratio is right.
