Burger King - Loretto

Went in yesterday 10/29/2023 as we sat at table we could hardly eat for the flies !!!!! We wrapped our food and took it with us..... Really couldn't enjoy much because we were constantly shooing flies away from granddaughter....This was 2nd time going there and I promise it will be the last Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10

I've placed several orders from this establishment on various occasions, assuming it's a franchise, and I've been hopeful that the quality of the food would improve. However, despite my efforts, I consistently end up disappointed with the food I receive. Regrettably, I've had to discard the meals I've purchased because they simply don't meet any human expectations. I had an incident where I felt compelled to voice my concerns by calling in to complain. It's not my preference to write negative reviews, but the young lady who answered the phone was surprisingly honest. She advised me that if she were in my position, she wouldn't choose to dine at this establishment either. All around, my experience has been horrible and I think I am done with Burger King in Loretto and may follow up with corporate after leaving this review. I don't like to give negative reviews but since this Burger King opened it has been consistently bad. I usually give it a couple months hoping they'll get it together and try again only to be disappointed. The food is usually cold and stale. My first and only time inside the restaurant was unpleasant as there were flies everywhere. Drive through wait time is terrible but they seem incredibly understaffed so I don't mind waiting. I went today for lunch. Waited at the drive thru for about 5 minutes before someone came over the speaker to take my order. I was the only one in line. I was told my food would take longer as the chicken was being dropped fresh. I said no problem as hot and fresh is preferred. Waited at the window for maybe 5 minutes not too long for fresh food. Got my order and went not even half a mile down the road. All the food was cold. Disgustingly so. The one soda we got tasted like carbonated water. So disappointing and as this was a lunch at work I couldn't go back and they don't answer their phone. I'm surprised this location has stayed open as long as it has. The Burger King in Loretto, Tn., Is the best all around. Management and the workers have a desire to be the best around and I know you will enjoy eating there. You cannot 'get it your way ' at this location. They have never gotten the order right. ALWAYS check your order before you drive away! I 've never seen more than 2 employees working at one time, but that doesn 't excuse the brick hard biscuits at breakfast or the lack of half the drink menu, basically any diet drink or anything seasonal.
