Call me crazy, but if your hours are open till 9, you probably should not lock the doors and refuse to let people in at 8:45. I understand that places need to be cleaned and all that, but i have worked fast food before, and you served food until the closetime and then cleaned up after. Change your hours if you arent actually going to be open when you state you will.
My mother and I visited Subway tonight with the intention of using the foot long coupon we received in the mail. At the counter, before placing our order, we informed the very polite and professional young woman that we wanted to use our coupon, but wanteddifferent meats. She said that was fine and cut our shared 12 bread in halves and processed to make our sandwiches. While atthe register she had question and the evening supervisor Sherry came to assist. She told us we can't use the coupon because wegot different meats. Our clerk said she was sorry but she told us we could. The supervisor said that she was going to call themanager, which she did then and there in front of everyone. She failed to mention that the sandwiches were already made, andthat their employee preapproved it. The entire conversation with her manager was with an accusatory tone toward us, thecustomers. She hung up and said: She said no. She was very rude and didn't offer a solution. My mother asked if we could just becharged for the higher cost meat and use our coupon. Again, no. My mother said if we can't use the coupon we didn't want to makea purchase. The supervisor mentioned that the sandwiches would be thrown away. I said, Are you telling us you'd rather throwthe food away than act in good faith and with care for customer service. She failed to reply and just looked at us rudely. Isaid I was going to contact the manager personally. A customer eating at the table , overhearing our entire visit said she wasgoing to contact her, too. The young woman who waited on us (we were told she. was a new 2 day employee) kept apologizing,and was so caring, despite her supervisors attitude. We left dissatisfied. This is very poor customer service. We will notreturn to this lacation.
I come here to eat almost everyday as I work very close to this location. Michelle is always there to great me with a warm happy smile. Really makes me feel welcome when I come into the store. She is an asset to this Subway location and always goes of ofher way to make sure I have a great dining experience at this location. It's very difficult to find employees that enjoy theirjob as much as Michelle seems to . It's refreshing to see. . As an added plus , Michelle is also easy on the eyes, so, ummm yeah, there's that. ; The entire team here works hard and gives 110% . I have personally seen the staff here go above andbeyond to make their customers happy. I wouldn't worry about a few negative reviews. You can't make everyone happy. Just keepdoing what you are doing. The entire staff here is awesome and I wouldn't change a single employee!!
This place is by far the worst place I have eaten in a long time. The so called owner is so disrespectful and does not care about her customers. She actually thinks the customers are in service to her. I will gladly go out of my way to eat somewhereelse. I don 't care how far away it is. I 'd rather eat gas station sushi before I eat at this place again.
