Burger King - Longwood

Went into BK last night and ordered 2 chicken nuggets kids meals with milk. Got our order and sat in the dinning room, noticed the milk expiration date had expired. Went up to the counter to get fresh milk and they looked for fresher milk. They told me that all of their milk had expired and gave us apple juice. I will not be returning to this BK ever again. Absolutely disgusting. BK it's time to update your stores and retrain your staff.

This Burger King has to be the Best one I have had pleasure of eating from. I have been to many BK locations from Arkansas to Florida and not been satisfied with all places combined as I was today with this location.

I went to Burger King after I got off work and went inside. Ordered chicken fingers, she didn’t ask me how many I wanted and she charged me for the 12 count. I asked her if I can just get an 8 piece, pay for it and get a refund for the 12 piece. Then, she proceeded to talk bad about me to the other employees while I’m still there. I asked her why she’s talking about me like that and the manager came out to give me my “refund” while cursing me out and calling me names. I’m definitely going to be talking to their general manager and the corporate manager about this. I never received my refund or my food. Also, the place is disgusting and the food is always cold. If it wasn’t the only place I can go to after I get off of work I would never go there.

Very friendly staff, hot food and the wait was almost nothing..
