Golden Palace - Longview

Ive ordered twice from here- really liked the chicken fried steak the first time, the second time, it tasted slightly extra fried/starting to be burnt. 2nd order also had crab puffs, that also were past the golden and into the dark browning of the wonton. The war wonton soup is a mix of all meats and is full of stuff, it was not just broth a few wontons, so for a $10 soup, seemed good and filling. first order second order due to the extra/over fried wontons and steak I would/will order from here again

The garlic chicken and the sweet and sour pork were super hot and delicious!!

Service was terrible a bunch of young girls that were rude and didn't seem to understand much. The food was even worse. We ordered a ton of food and everything was gross!!! Very disappointed, we will never go back.

First time back after a few years the service is as great as before, but not so much the food. The fried shrimp were great! The Cashew chicken chow mein was good with lots of veggies served over chow mein noodles which was the only problem I had with my meal, for they tasted like they were old. I would've preferred steamed rice, but $3 for a bowl of rice seemed a bit too costly, considering the menu prices have increased as is common these days. The Sweet sour chicken (breaded) was also great. And so very glad this restaurant does NOT use MSG! Overall it was a good meal, I appreciate that the to-go boxes no longer have the metal handles

Service was wonderful, food was amazing and the staff were really kind.
