El Sombrero - Longview

Our server was very responsive kept the chips refreshed and continually filled our drinks. We were disappointed with the spinach dip. There was very little cheese and a whole lot of spinach and it was long and stringy not chopped up like we would hope. Outside of that everything else was fine. We will not be ordering the spinach dip again however.

John our server and Freeney our bartender took wonderful care of us. We are always a bit extra, and they were very attentive and got us everything we needed. We will absolutely be back!

Amazing atmosphere and even better food. Our servers name was CJ and he was great, he recommended the Papa Nachos and they were outstanding. My only complaint would be the coke machine?s carbonation was broken causing the cokes to be flat but things happen and I don?t blame the restaurant. Even with the coke issue CJ was attentive at trying to fix it/ get us something else. I give the experience 5 stars. Best TexMex in Longview easy.

Service was great! We got the tattooed guy with earcups as our waiter and he was great. Our only problem was that the food was very bland, without seasoning on something. Also prices are crazy higher than ordinary Mexican restaurants

Every time we come here, the service sucks! I wanted to give them a shot today at 1:15. Waited 10 minutes until the waitress came by and took our drink order. She never came back, the food was delivered by a kitchen staff. She came twice when we were there. I had to recover her attention after she left the table next to us to ask for hot sauce refill and tortillas for my husband's flamenado. She never came back and we had to go to the hostess to pay our ticket. It won't be back.
