We have come to Rosarios many times and we always leave a pleasant impression. The place, the food and the service are excellent. Definitely the best Peruvian restaurant in Colorado. We recommend it Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The ceviche doesn't hold up to that of the Peruvian food I've had closer to the coast, as the fish didn't have the same quality or texture, but the Papa Rellena was a wonderful surprise!

Best food and service, unfortunately the bad reviews, are all about tip because 'most ' (not all) of the Latino community Are not aware about the way services industry work! Because in our country 's we don 't appreciate it the service. Welcome to USA A place where we pay for someone to give us a clean table, Give us a service, cook out food, Pick up our dishes, Clean up after us, Wash our dishes, And clean our tables after we leave.
