Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Longmont

Not what I expected, I ordered a brisket sandwich, the meat was dried and cold, and they needed long time to serve this, and no one was in the load. very disappointed, it is hard to find good bbq to these parts.

Food was great, restaurant was clean, only real headache was the overly annoying employee that had to narrate step by step his movements to everybody.

Longmont store . Walk in looking forward to some brisket. Can't tell ya about it cause I never got to place an order. No one in line but me and the guys says I will be with you. 5 min later I leave. I would not recommend this place due to poor customer service and experience.

It would be nice if they had a sandwich combo with a side and drink. Ordering was too complicated, the food was decent. C'mon guys really what is the need to individually order everything?

I usually have good experiences with this chain, but I ordered 45 minutes in advance for it to be ready before the puck dropped on Game 3 (Let's go Avalanche! and I'm pretty sure it sat there for at least 30 minutes. All of the meat was cold, the slaw was warm and my daughter's fries were from Sog-city. I'm giving 2 stars because the order was, at least, accurate.
