Macaris Deliburger - Longford

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I asked for my food to be served hot, but instead of accommodating my request, the staff and two other customers made fun of me.

I ordered takeout from this restaurant and it took 45 minutes to arrive. When it finally got to me, the food was lukewarm. I called to speak to the manager about the issue, but he was rude and aggressive. He told me not to call again and to order from a Chinese restaurant instead.

This restaurant has undergone a lot of changes recently and now looks clean and fresh. The young man at the counter asked me twice if I only wanted curry chips, which I found slightly amusing. He seemed new at his job, perhaps it was just a mistake or he was having a rough day.

Extremely poor customer service, i ordered pizza and chips sauce, meal deal available for this with a drink at €14.99 , however the lady who served me said as i did not specifically say i wanted meal deal i could not get the drink, even do i had paid 14.99 same price as the meal deal, i informed her this did not make any sense because i apparently rolled my eyes up she roared abuse at me infront of a packed counter , left the place shaking as i am not used to being verbally attacked in this manner, rang manager who apologised but said he could not ring me back after he looked into it as he was busy going to see his grandchild for a few day during week.

Bad and rude service didn’t satisfy my order very unfriendly staff wouldn’t recommend to anyone to go there
