Customer service was Awesome. Food great appetizer size. Drinks are awesome. I tried a few lol wizards cup, the cotton candy one,shot with cactus cooler , and mimosas bottomless. I love the ambience of the place. Definitely going to be back.

This is the perfect place to come for a spooky ambiance without sacrificing the quality of the drinks. That being said, each drink we ordered was the right amount of liquor and deliciousness. I like my drinks on the stronger side and this place does it just right. I would definitely come back just to try more of their cocktails. I appreciate that their prices on drinks are on average but of better quality in my opinion. My only reason for docking a star was because the seating we received was kinda terrible. I think a spot like this needs to do better in their seating chart. This is definitely a place you go to for the experience, but a direct view of the bathroom hallway takes away from that.

Drinks were pretty and strong! We had a few dishes and they were pretty good. I liked the atmosphere. It was not crowded at all. Prices were decent. At one point we were left unattended for 20mins or so (This was after I had ordered a drink) I questioned one of the servers and he checked on it aswell as adding more to our order. The new order came out before that drink, which obviously left me believing that the order was never placed. Again they were not crowded and they were well staffed. One thing I noticed, a few groups of people tried to sit with their friends and move chairs around and it was stricly frowned upon. I found that odd from an establishment. Customer is always right, if they want to scoot some empty chairs together why not allow it? Idk that was upsetting to me and I wasn't part of those groups. Seemed like those customers were also upset and didnt stay long. Overall I feel like this is a been there done that type of place and I dont think i will be returning.

Been here more than a few times and have always had a good time. Drinks are good, standard cocktails with fun spooky names. Ambiance and decor of the place is top notch and super fun. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially on crowded nights, they have gone out of their way to accommodate us. That all being said, we sat at the bar for the first time last night and it totally dispelled the magic of the place. The bar was absolutely filthy. The back bar had open and empty bottles, cutlery, dish towels, etc strewn about. There was food on the back bar, Oreos, fries, nachos, etc. the bartenders were eating in between making drinks while dirty dishes piled up. I found out that all of the bartenders free pour their cocktails which would explain the inconsistency I’ve experienced with the drinks. I don’t want to talk bad about the staff, but guys, please clean up the back bar. It’s gross. Especially with Covid and all that, to have a bartender eat in front of you and then make peoples drinks without washing hands or anything is tacky. Management needs to clean this up. That all being said, our drinks were great and at a fair price and everyone had a great time. Still recommend this place as a fun and unique experience.
