Mcdonald's - Long Beach

This restaurant is super convenient as it's located inside Walmart. The breakfast menu items are always served fresh, hot, and never stale. Our family enjoys their egg McMuffin sandwiches, pancakes, hash browns, and orange juice. The coffee is always fresh and delicious. The burgers and fries are also good and never stale. The employees are polite and efficient. The interior is very clean, including the tables.

This location is not closed, it is located inside Walmart. Yelp closed the wrong location. The location that is closed down is 3 blocks west on Carson next to the donut shop. It is at 6700 block on Carson. Yelp, please correct and check your facts, as this causes businesses to lose money due to false reporting. I visited today, May 31, 2017.

Got to this location around 11:20pm because they close at 12:00 and was at the speaker for about 5 minutes got tired of waiting drive up to the front window and one of the employees had told me they were closed already, with no explanation as to why they closed early when I asked her she just started at me and replied I don 't know but we are closed

Today, I visited this restaurant to try the Triple Cheeseburger. Unfortunately, despite ordering 2 triple cheeseburgers, 20 chicken nuggets, a filet o fish combo, a quarter pounder deluxe, and 3 Sundaes, my order was incorrect. I received 1 triple cheeseburger, 1 regular cheeseburger, 20 chicken nuggets, 1 filet o fish combo, 1 regular quarter pounder, and 3 Sundaes. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, an older lady in the kitchen argued with me and insisted that she had gotten the order correct. Even after pointing out the mistakes, she still didn't believe me and became defensive. Although I understand that mistakes can happen, it's important for restaurants not to put the blame on customers. This review is not meant to criticize McDonald's, but to highlight the importance of acknowledging and correcting mistakes in a professional manner.

My family and I are new to this McDonald's and have been here a handful of times now, each time we hope it gets better and it does not! Tonight my husband ordered a Grand Mac and I got a Big Mac. We looked in the bag and saw two burgers and drove home. Not only was there NO Grand Mac which is almost $9 for the stupid value meal but both burgers were poorly made and felt as if they had been sitting in the warmer for some time. The fries were barley warm and hand no salt. I understand the is a fast food chain but when you go to McDonald's you expect at least the ford to taste good. I will inconveniently drive to the other McDonald's from now on where there service and food is consistent. Service was poor, girl at the window with very messy hair didn't even give us straws. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
