Food was good just a little bit expensive I love the double western bacon cheeseburger it really is the best quick good food for when you're hungry would recommend.

Clean, fast, right to the point. The ppl on tht shift know what they doin!!

You would think a burger place in service for nearly a century could get it right..... you 'd be wrong!!!!I told the cashier the order was missing items, the food was prepared wrong and she kept walking away and closing the window as I spoke to her. She told me I have other customers besides you I don 't have time to stand around and listen to you mind you she hadn 't listened to me one time... and there was exactly one other person that came in the 45 minutes I sat there waiting for my friend to arrive. I told her if she would just stop for 30 seconds she can get everything straight and she said I don 't have time, I 'm worried about the other customers... apparently me purchasing food did not constitute me being a customer for some reason.I told her there wasn 't supposed to be whip cream or pretzel pieces on the shake, she said oh well and handed it to me.... I asked to speak to her manager and she said very rudely whatever, I 'll get her but she 's not going to do anything And she was right, the manager had the same attitude and I attempted to give the food back and have my card credited, she said she couldn 't because it was an order from the App... so I asked her for the corporate number and she said they were a franchise and gave me Carl 's Jr.com 209 for me to make a complaint... Then the girl started laughing and said wouldn 't it be funny if she found spit in her food... Looks like a call to the health department is in order... The requests made from me were reasonable and on the order slip... if you hate your job, quit, don 't ruin the person who purchased a franchise 's revenue stream.... Next time I 'll stick to In n Out in the same plaza... their prices are reasonable and their service is impeccable... Good luck owner of store 209... some bratty teenage is ruining your rep... your manager isn 't helping it either.... you already only have 2 stars... and you are only getting 1 from me because they don 't allow zero....

Everything looks ok…clean fast service…The only concern i notice is the Men restroom …it does need cleaning …smells really bad so not a good combo if your are serving food…eating area is clean and tidy…just the restroom..
