Always come on my lunch food always fresh and delicious

I ordered two combos, one with a regular fry and the other was waffle. I take it home just to find out there’s no waffle fries so I drive back to tell them they forgot my fries and the guy starts yelling at me saying he put the fries in there and started calling me a liar and starts laughing and tells me that I’m trying to get free fries. Like no dude, I just want what I ordered.

Alicia and staff the crew on 11/16/23 Customer service was perfect. I had multiple orders for me and my Coworkers. Even with 3 cars in the drive-thru...she was respectful didn't rush me and put the receipts in the bags of all the orders. All 4 of my orders were correct. Food was good also thanks to the cook.

Fabulous place to eat, very courteous staff. Food is always fresh. Love the variety on the menu. Carl's is my fast food go to. Never had a bad experience since they have been on willow and lb Blvd. thank you management team. I'll be back for my Angus
