Top Gun Burger - London

Burgers are great, fries mediocre, service is really bad.We asked for the students discount. Accidentally, they only gave it on a single Burger only. When we complained (after getting the receipt) they said they said they couldn't do anything about it anymore and just didn't want to talk about it anymore...(Also, weirdly the receipt says it's in Toronto)

The staff at this restaurant are consistently great - friendly, polite, and skilled at making delicious food. However, it's apparent that there is only one person working at all times, responsible for both taking orders and cooking. It seems like the owners are cutting corners and being cheap. It's important to treat employees well and not overwork them. Have some respect and consider the well-being of your staff.

Service was excellent but the size of the burger patties was not at all what it is at the Kensington Market locationIt literally was 3 very small patties if put together would equal 1 1/2 regular size pattiesWould be willing to give them another chance

This was the best burger I have ever had. I stumbled upon this place by chance and wasn't expecting anything special, but their burgers were incredible! I was so sad when I finished mine. Definitely worth a visit!

I spent $60 on 3 Hellcat burgers, 3 cheese fries, and 3 drinks at this restaurant. In short, the drinks were the only enjoyable part of the meal. The fries were dry with a thick layer of unmelted cheese on top, and the burgers were dry with minimal toppings and soggy buns. Additionally, we had to wait nearly 40 minutes for our food. Overall, I was very disappointed with this experience.
