Johnny's - London

I arrived at the restaurant on time to order my breakfast and found the food to be delicious. However, when I requested milk for my coffee, my server said she would bring it but got sidetracked by another table for over 10 minutes. I had to get up and find the milk myself. I understand servers can have distractions, and the rest of the staff appeared attentive to customers' needs. It might be helpful for management to remind employees to keep personal conversations to a minimum, especially when a customer has made a polite request for service. The restaurant was not very busy during my visit around 10 a.m. on November 24th. Other than that, everything was great.

I was only a few times at Johnny and not reopened for a while until recently in 2021 with the restaurants. I would say the food is better than before with noticeable improvements to morning hemberries (not the frozen type) and quality of crushed eggs preparation / presentation. The staff is great as always. I would normally give them a 4.25 4.75 (which is not possible) because of coffee I would say could be better (and butter toast ended soft rather than crispy, there should be something you are asked) but it was not bad and I have nothing against giving Johnnys a 5. I would go back, I love dinner, and they do it well enough to really enjoy it.

Love for breakfast. Food is good and at a great price. We drive an hour to visit Saturday morning.

I was waiting for a friend and decided to order a coffee. To my disappointment, it was a total letdown. Every breakfast spot should serve a good, strong cup of coffee, but this one was watery and lacked any discernible taste. I couldn't even finish it.

EVERYTHING I read about this restaurant on Zomato, Yelp, Menu-pix and their own web site indicated they were open today ‘til 9 pm. Their menu says they offer seniors’ meals which interested us. We drove clear across town 6pm for dinner only to discover...an empty parking lot and a sign in the window stating the would be open in October! We wasted time and gas and had to look for a last minute alternative! I am NOT impressed!
