Bidrage med feedbackA lovely oasis Pub, the Artillery Arms has kept its charm from a bye-gone age, and transformed it self into a well run and staffed pub of today, selling a really well stocked premium beer cellar. It would appear to have managed this, by having either a regular clientele that can afford modern pub prices, that enjoy ambiance of this small but intrestingly decored pub. My previous visit, introduced me to the novelty of brick communications and amazing staff. This recent visit to sit and enjoy socialising with the company, I was with, and watching the experienced staff interact with alcohol fueled patrons. Again another lovely evening, and will surely visit again, as I have since the 1980's.
I love this pub. I meet here with business colleagues for catch ups with food or just a drink. Great staff, lovely food and a brilliant atmosphere.
Great pub. Corner location, good beer. Get a pint on a nice day, sit outside and watch the world.
Nice pub near the Royal Artillery (hence the name). Food is disappointingly limited these days on my most recent visit, all the available dishes were vegetarian, although they also served pork pies as a bar snack but a good selection of beers for such a small place. Also hats off to the fact that they have a weekly list of themed anagrams!
Lovely friendly bartender the minute you walk in the door. Ordered 2* medium red beer ale). We found it flat and warm. Not really to our taste. They were £5.30 €6.27) each. Real London prices.. We sat outside in the lovely evening sun. Fantastic pub in fairness. But we are in London to try different London beers. Not German, Belgium or French beers that some pubs only have but local English beers.
