I visited on Friday morning with my daughter and ordered exactly what we’d hoped to find that morning: smashed avocado on toast with eggs and bacon for me and pancakes with banana and chocolate for my daughter. Service was friendly, welcoming and efficient. I ordered a flat white which was hot, strong and arrived promptly. We also tried the beetroot and ginger juice which was delicious! We don’t live locally, but I’ll be recommending to friends and family and we will certainly be there next time we’re in the area. Thank you ?

I visited with my girlfriend recently and we were ushered onto an uncomfortable couple of high chairs despite it coming to our attention later than there was available seating downstairs. We waited considerably for our food until it was plonked in front of us by a miserable waiter very eager to get away. He did not wait to ask if we required any sauces for our breakfasts, and no butter was supplied with the food. I could forgive this unfriendly service if the food was great but my full english was very watery and I felt I could have made a better meal by staying at home! I went to ask for butter twice and was told on both occasions that it would be given to me but it never was. Will not be visiting again and highly recommend that people take heed of this review and avoid! There's plenty of better choices in West Hampstead.

Prices too high for the quality of the food. The bacon was so dry that I couldn’t cut, same with the toast, thin and hard. They asked us to move to another table which was very congested and then they expect us after all this to pay service charge on top of the price that was already high...

Amazing for gluten-free, such a huge choice!! Very friendly staff, prompt service, delicious fresh food and coffee, wish they were nearer my hometown!!
