Love the food here. A little higher than other f as t food restaurants but worth it.

Very rude employee that threw straws at us for our drinks. I also got the burger with A1 sauce and found a medium long black hair in it. This place overall is disgusting. Whoever manages this place is severely lacking leadership.

This London KY location has been on the decline since the pandemic started but yesterday was the last time they’ll get my money. The chicken was tiny, a strange color and look at that tomato. I wish I had of taken pics of the filthy dining room. Gravy spilled all over a booth seat with the cup still on it as countless staff passed by it. Every single table needed cleaned and nobody did such during our visit. The fries were tiny bits and pieces. We waited 6 minutes for anyone to take our order at the counter while one of the cooks talked to us to keep us occupied. There were plenty if staff on deck and the dining room wasn’t busy. I wish this were my only bad experience here but it’s been a couple of years worth. You guys are going to make someone ill if your kitchen is half as bad as the rest of the place. It used to be so nice and the food was great. I’ve heard the same complaints from many people. I hope the right people see this and get this establishment under control.

If I were basing this all on the food it would only be 4 stars but the staff was SO friendly and nice I bumped it up to 5! Good place to stop and refuel on our roadtrip to FL.
