Tziganos - London

I would recommend tzigano's friends as eating was very nice, but service was very bad they forgot our ancestors and people who ordered after us got there meal times. 4 times had to ask for a crippled water and the dame that served us could not understand very well in English.

Eating was great, but the service was terrible. I think they might be understated, so I give them a second chance.

The main problem is the style of music not right for a restaurant shame as we like the place and eating is very good

Booked a table through Opentable only to be told when we arrived it was closed for a private event. Total waste of time and with 7 people (4 adults and 3 children) we struggled to get anywhere else closeby. Awful that you can book and they dont even see it Manager said it was impossible to book online but i received the confirmation

Good experience but starters and main courses all arrived simultaneously. Staff were very friendly but we had to ask 3 times for a glass of water. Fennel sausage pasta was delicious.
